Otto is a Senior Vice President on Green Street’s Forecasting and Data Science Team, which works to enhance Green Street’s market forecasting capabilities and our Automated Valuation Model (AVM). Prior to joining the research team, Otto worked in Green Street’s Advisory & Consulting arm, which he joined in 2017. Before that, he spent three years as a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities analyst in the CoStar Group’s risk analytics group. Otto received his bachelor’s in Finance and Economics with honors from Bentley University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
