Seth is the Head of the Enterprise Account Management Team at Green Street. Along with direct account coverage, he works closely with senior management to develop strategic initiatives to manage and grow the Enterprise business. Prior to joining Green Street Advisors in 2013, Seth was a member of ISI's #1 ranked Institutional Investor REIT research team covering the residential and storage sectors. Previously, he was an institutional salesperson at Merrill Lynch and at Green Street. Seth earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Economics and Political Science.
