Matt is a Senior Vice President on the sales team at Green Street. He joined the firm in 2014. Matt helps companies address key real estate research needs and interests, identifying analytics tools and value-add capabilities that support their business strategies and growth objectives. Previously, Matt spent 13 years working for SUSS MicroTec/Tamarack Scientific, serving in an executive role as Director of Global Sales and Product Management. His notable achievements include several research publications, patents and the development of innovative products adopted by many Fortune 500 companies. Matt earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
