Bio
Gaurav has spent 10+ years in capital markets, primarily focused on REITs and private markets across multiple commercial real estate sectors. He is a strong thought leader and will be instrumental in building our Canada research platform. Prior to Green Street, Gaurav was a Director, Equity Research at Laurentian Bank Securities and iA Capital Markets covering the Canadian REIT/REOCs sector. Previously, he was the Thematic Research Analyst at BMO Capital Markets where he covered the North American REIT sector and built trading ideas for clients globally. He began his career as an investment banker at HSBC in London (UK) and India. Gaurav received an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a Masters in Finance and Technology and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from NMIMS, Mumbai.
