Bio
Andres is the Pan-European sector head of residential and self-storage for Green Street. As such, he covers eleven listed European property companies, as well as 30 residential private markets on the continent, and is a student housing specialist. In 2018, Andres joined the firm, covering Nordic and Swiss property companies. Previously, he was at real estate equity research firm Victoria Partners in Frankfurt, where he covered German real estate equities. Andres’ finance career started as a generalist at an asset management firm, where he worked in buy-side research covering Emerging Europe and Nordic equities. He holds a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a Master’s in Finance from Estonia’s Tallinn University of Technology. As part of the Master’s program, Andres also studied in Germany at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
