Ryan Miller

Co-Head of U.S. Market Analytics

Ryan is a Co-Head of Green Street’s U.S. Market Analytics team, which produces macro, sector, and market-level research and analytics on the private commercial real estate markets. He has played a central role in the development and launch of European Market Analytics. Ryan has previously worked on various other teams at Green Street, including Company and Sector Research, where he covered European and U.S. publicly traded real estate companies, and Equity Sales. His analyses and insights have found their way into the likes of Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg and other key financial publications. Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder
