Harsh Hemnani is a Senior Analyst at Green Street, where he leads the firm’s research on commercial real estate debt and ground leases. He was instrumental in launching Green Street’s coverage of the mortgage REIT sector — an initiative that established the firm as a key voice in an increasingly important segment of the market. Over the past five years, Harsh has initiated coverage on more than 10 companies. Beyond his leadership in CRE debt, Harsh has extensive experience covering a diverse group of real estate equity sectors including Net Lease, Industrial, and Lodging. Harsh holds an M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester and a B.A. in Economics from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
