David was previously with the firm from 2012-2015 as part of the quantitative analytics and residential teams, where he supported initiation of coverage on the single-family rental industry. He also created the M&A database that Green Street currently uses. David has experience working for Waterfront Capital, Nuveen Real Estate, and has been quoted by Bloomberg for his single-family rental insights. He graduated with a BA in Economics from Cal State Los Angeles at 19 and now also carries a Masters in Finance from Claremont McKenna.
