Bio
Andres joined Green Street’s European research team in 2018 and focuses on Nordics and Swiss property companies, having historically covered the German residential sector. His previous role was at sell side real estate equity research firm Victoria Partners in Frankfurt, where he covered German real estate equities. His finance career started at a generalist asset management firm, where he worked in buy-side research covering Emerging Europe and Nordic equities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s degree in Finance from Estonia’s Tallinn University of Technology. As part of the Master’s program, he also studied in Germany at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
