Bio
Marie is part of Green Street’s European research team and focuses on the European office sector which comprises 17 companies. She has a long track record contributing to office real estate analysis, including the Pan-European Office Outlook and numerous market-level pieces. Marie has also been an important driver of our retail coverage analysis in her early years at Green Street. She joined the company in 2015 from Deutsche Bank, where she spent 18 months as a mergers and acquisitions analyst involved in the Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure sectors. Before that, she had internships as a credit analyst in HSBC’s Corporate Banking Unit and in Ernst & Young’s audit department. Marie holds an M.Sc in Management from ESC Grenoble in France and is fluent in French.
