Chris is a senior analyst on Green Street’s lodging sector team, assisting in the formal coverage of seven lodging companies as well as shadow coverage of hotel C corporations. Since joining the firm in 2015, Chris has worked with Green Street’s retail, industrial, and office teams as well as Real Estate Analytics. He has helped launch new coverage of companies such as Hudson Pacific Properties and Apple Hospitality REIT. Chris earned an M.A in Finance from Claremont McKenna College, a B.A. in Economics from Chapman University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
