Danny Ismail is a Managing Director at Green Street and Co-Head of Strategic Research and founded the firm’s burgeoning global ESG research team. He is a subject matter expert (SME) on the effects of working from home (WFH) on U.S. office values. In addition, Danny is an expert on New York City, West Coast, Texas and Sun Belt office market fundamentals and valuations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), contributing as a member on the Industrial and Office Park Development Council. Prior to joining Green Street in 2016, Danny was an investment analyst at the Automobile Club of Southern California. He earned an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and is a CFA Charterholder.
