Laura is an accomplished sales leader with a rich background in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for Green Street in our Newport Beach office, she brings extensive expertise and a proven track record to her role.
Laura's journey in CRE began in the Multifamily sector with Lyon Inc, where she swiftly ascended the ranks to lead a team of leasing professionals in Orange County, CA. After a successful stint in outside sales within the home furnishings industry, Laura joined The Apartment Guide in 2003. Excelling rapidly, she was entrusted with managing three sales teams across California.
During the challenges posed by the pandemic, Laura embarked on a new path, exploring the realm of Proptech Startups. Her tenure with Rentgrata showcased her adaptability and innovation for over a year before she was called back to Rent (formerly The Apartment Guide). In her last role as Regional Sales Director at Rent as Regional Sales Director, she demonstrated adept leadership, overseeing sales and revenue generation across a significant portion of the country.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Laura is dedicated to giving back to her community. She serves on the board of SheExcels, a non-profit organization empowering homeless or recently homeless women by providing them with essential computer skills and job training, enabling them to secure quality employment opportunities.
