David is Green Street’s Data Centers and Towers sector head in the U.S. and Europe. Since joining Green Street in 2015, he has authored numerous thought leadership reports in addition to initiating coverage on Equinix, CyrusOne, QTS Realty, Crown Castle, SBA Communications, Cellnex, and INWIT. David has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, PERE and on REIT.com and he is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC). Prior to joining Green Street, David held roles as a senior research analyst at John Burns Real Estate Consulting and a financial analyst at Ledford Financial. David earned his MBA at the University of Central Florida, where he also earned a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Finance.
