Fred has spent nearly 30 years in the global equity research space focused in the portfolio and risk management sectors and was even awarded the Starmine #1 REITs Top Stock Picker in 2020. Prior to 2012, Fred was the co-founder, Vice-President, and Sr. Portfolio Manager of the Global Real Estate Group at Eterna Investment Management, as well as the Vice-President, CIO, and co-founder at Presima. He has also held positions as the MD, Head of Research at Laurentian Bank Securities, MD, Real Estate & REITs Analyst at iA Capital Markets, MD, Head of Real Estate Research at Echelon Wealth Partners, and the Director, Head of Real Estate Research at Eight Capital (Dundee Securities). Fred will be leading our Canada research with his decades of experience and expertise - and we are pleased to welcome him to the global team.
