Joi is a Managing Director on Green Street's Real Estate Analytics team, which produces macro, sector, and market-level research and analytics on the private commercial real estate markets. She plays a central role in all product development for the Real Estate Analytics research platform, which included expanding coverage to the top 50 U.S. markets in 2016.
